Seems so.
I uninstalled LW v5.x and installed v4.16.6 because there was supposedly no "back door" to disable it.
I get zero connections and a legal notice. Looks like there's either a back door or someone found a way to shut them down.
Uninstalled LW and installed the latest FrostWire v4.21.1
Works fine... though I still see other LW users as Ultrapeers. Weird.
