No. Videos have no exe code. AFAIK the only way to get a virus/trojan through a video is if they know a security whole and use it, but this works only with ONE player.
You should always scan files with .zip, .rar, .exe (I believe Mac uses .sit files). If you arenīt sure which might be dangerous scan the files before you are using them. You should update your scanner at least all two weeks.
