Ah--I just re-read your first post. Connections are not uploads.
A certain amount of traffic is needed in order to be connected to the network. The bandwidth you see being used in the Connections pane is for searches sent, receivied, and being passed on.
Check your bandwidth stats to see what bandwidth you are actually using. The HTTP results shoud show 0 in your case |
