| I had the same issue, no roof replacement after shingles blew off, they said it was due to the nails popping up, and it was faultly workmanship. I had to make them state that they were not insuring my roof, and to stipulate exactly what they were insuring on my home, after all, what if a tree busted the roof open, would it be faulty workmanship too? What if the brick were layed off center, same? They finally came through when I threatened to go to the State Board. Contact your local news too. Those troubleshooters are good, and it sounds like you have a good human interest story to tell! Good Luck. |
