 Interesting Jo-bi Could the filters be upstream of you? (The recent New York power failure shouldn't be enough of a factor, but http://www.limewire.com/english/content/netsize.shtml shows a drop back to the bad old days of the beginning of this year). One of my ISP's uses NBAR software, and they are also trying Sandvine. The other connects just fine, so it's not the new LW versions that is the problem here. As an admin for a major European ISP, would you be able to find out why LW is having connection problems with certain ISP's?  |
