 I just saw (reread) your post. You say you have both windows and zonealarm firewalls as "ACTIVE". Software firewalls when ran in combination can cause a conflict. If you have your ZoneAlarm as an "ACTIVE" firewall, make the windows firewall "INACTIVE". This will not cause a security issue. Try it and let me know. Also be sure you have LimeWire Pro or Basic installed (from the LimeWire website of course) version 4.9.11. LimeWire uses Port 6346. Make sure you have this port enabled.  |
