Hmm you're the 2nd user of Rogers with the identical problem.

With your Linksys modem/router it will probably have a UPnP switch. If it's not on, turn it on. This should open up the port for you. Then do the test again which you did above. If still nothing, open LW up & wait 10-15 mins, then do the test again. Tell us how it goes.

BTW do you only have a single modem-router device? Can you specify the model(s) of each.

Do you share the connection with other computers? Do any of those use winmx or LW or another p2p program?
