 bandwith problems my really sucky computer has a really sucky dialup connection that runs at a REALLY sucky 34.6kbps if that much. When I'm using limewire(4.8.11 i believe) i set it to use 100% of the bandwidth for downloads but it only ever goes up to 3 , even if i close everything. sometimes 4. is there ANY possible quick and *free* solution to my problem?  |
