 Slower than I can bear........... Same problem here with slowness, I can download a mp3 from IE in a 10 th of the time, the highest rate I have seen has been 12 kb, joke, have ADSL XP sp2 and have tried all the fixes mentioned in the connection problems, lucky to get 12kb, I would have thought peer to peer would be much faster, really this hardly worth the bother. I have Spyware Nuker and Etrust antivirus, anyone know if they can cause a slow down, Have enabled all the XP firewall options including TCP and UDP Ports at 6346, disabled auto tips and auto connect, removed .limewire while totally logged out, left modem on for hours no difference. Any ideas? moziman  |
