Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

![]() That means it isn't connected to any hosts. When you installed LW, did your firewall ask if you want to block/temp. allow/perm. allow LW? If so, what did you click? You need to make sure in your firewall settings that it is allowing limewire to connect w/ your computer. Also, look at the 4 bars at the bottom of the limewire screen. ![]() When I installed L/w I selected the allow option. When I start L/w I get the first bar as green. This led me to think that I was getting something out but nothing in. I've checked my java 1.5.0 but I can't see if I have to enable L/w there? |

This is the happiest day of my life lol I dont know what i just did but it was in the space between this Remove any limewire/bearshare ports from norton personal firewall Uninstall Java completly restart download Uninstall limewire completly from add/remove programs restart start the online downloader Thats all i know of that i did, "Your connection to the network is very strong" Good luck |
