 It stays on one bar the first one. And I have contacted my ISP thay say they don't block anyone. I have also tried turning off my firewall. But I can't seem to remove the firewall symbol from from Lw. I am running nortons anti virus, it doesn't seem to have any firewall option to disable.  |
