 Got LW to work again mates!! My LimeWire works again!! I had to just call the cable operater ,who I know for a decade and a half, and tell him to unblock GNUtella network ports!! He told me the ISP had told him to block the ports without giving any notice to subscribers so he had blocked it!! But since the blocking was under his control I could pursue him to open ports in the router on my building! So LW works perfectly with Turbo-Charged speeds!! The ISP keeps lying about they not blocking P2P ports but then mostly everything lies with cable operator, so he is the one u hav to go after!! Special Thanx to Grandpa, Ag101 and LOTR for letting me know the exact nature of my problem with ur suggestions!! Thank U!!  |
