 It could be a isp provider issue then. I know someone else with the same isp as you was having similar problems. Well the isp that shows is Charter. Perhaps yours is redirected thru another. Do you get a brick wall showing in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW? If yes, see the options here Connection problems? Check here first!
