Exclamation Still says I have a firewall!

I have tried enabling Windows Firewall for Gnutella. I've tried shutting off the firewall completely. It still says I'm behind one. I've got nothing else! I use AVG antivirus, not Norton or McAffee.

I have Windows XP
LW & Java version: LW: 4.10.9, Java: 1.5.0_03
Firewall you're using: Windows, but I disabled it and that didn't even work!
Modem/router brand & model: Linksys BEFW11S4 Ver. 4
ISP: Cox, Phoenix, AZ. but my brother uses limewire with no problem under the same wireless connection
Connection type (DSL etc): Cable (we have a wireless network)
Where you connect from (home, school etc): Home
Are you sharing a connection with other computers: Yes, wireless network.
Is this your first try with LW: No, I've tried this at least three times w/ install/uninstall. I really want this to work!

Do this port test & see what result you get
http://www3.limewire.com:6346 - It says it worked

Within LW, go tools > options > bug reports > view example. Scroll down to 'recieved incoming this session'. Is it true or false? False

Have you made sure that you're only running one firewall & that it's configured properly? Yes. I've tried configuring it properly AND shutting it off altogether! nothing worked!

In addition, I've tried going to my linksys administration and it doesn't even have an "administration" option, meaning I can't find anything to see whether the UPnP is enabled. Here's a screen shot of what I see. I've clicked on everything there is to click (to the best of my knowledge)

Any Help?! Please!
