Smile Limewire opens on startup of computer

Hi, Is there a way to stop Limewire to open on startup. It makes my computer slower and I don't always want to go on Limewire. I did go to the Tools-Options-then I took off the check mark on Connect on Start up but it is still opening. Any help would be great? Thanks

Connect on Startup refers only to LimeWire connecting to the network when you start LW.

You need to click on Advanced in Options, then click on System startup. Uncheck that option, then click Apply - OK.

It is probably then better to recheck the other option you unchecked, it will help LW run better when you then decide to start LW (you won't need to manually connect to the network).
