 To your information (from the Linksys website about your router): "The Router protects your PC from most known Internet attacks with a powerful Stateful Packet Inspection firewall." Go and download the new firmware for it: http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satel...VisitorWrapper And here the direct link to Port forwarding regarding your router configuration for Limewire: http://www.portforward.com/english/r...G/Limewire.htm All other information is given to you by the post of sleepless.....  You just have to follow it to the point. And since your router has a strong firewall, there will be no need to have any other (software base). Disable and/or uninstall them where possible.
