HEY PPL am really confused i downloaded LW on my friend's comp and it worked perfectly and i downloaded it on my comp and the connection quality gave one green bar only so i can't make searches so plz some one help me

note:my friend use no IP
but i use IP so i can be connected to the internet

AFAIK No that's not possible to connect to the net without some type of ip.

If his ip doesn't show in LW when he does a direct connect search it's because he has a firewall problem. Tell him to type this into his browser & see what happens: http://www.whatismyip.com/

look on the connectin quality viewer i have only one green bar

Do you and your friend use the same ISP and if so do you use the same method to connect, e.g. USB modem, modem/router, cable, etc.?
