 Is there a brickwall in front of the world icon? That indicates your connection is blocked by a firewall. If your connected through a router/modem most have a nat firewall in them. See this thread: Connection problems? Check here first!. The solution should be in there. If you still have problems post back with your details: System details - help us to help you
