These 2 firewalls will clash with eachother & result in less security, not more. And will also give LW firewall issues. And configure your other firewall. You could try XP firewall enabled just for the moment & disable Norton just to see if you can get connected; Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)
* But I suspect the main problem here is connecting from a Dorm. Most schools & dorms now block or filter p2p programs.  |
