 Your ISP is wrong you can set up a staitic IP even if you have a dynamic one...I should of pointed out that if you cant see the DNS server numbers you would need to ring them, but don't mention what you are trying to do as most of the customer service people haven't got a clue... Let's say if you had purchased World of Warcraft, you would have to forward a port for that as well to be able to play it... At the end of the static IP set up instructions, it should give you your number it would be the IP number, did you enter that number where the port forward instructions told you to...
