If you're using Norton's firewall, make sure that the XP firewall is off (they won't work together).

If your router supports UPnP (it should say in the manual or maybe even on the router) enable it within the router & then use the UPnP option within LW's tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Click Apply to save the change.

If that's no good then try port forwarding. There are instructions here

Don't forget to set up a static IP address first, that's very important. You'll find instructions for that within the link
Also remember...the port number you've forwarded & LW's istening port MUST be the same number!

**You should probably update your Java too. Use the JRE offline installer here & remove your current Java version before you install the new one
