 Rather than turning off your XP firewall, configure it to allow LW Firewall setup Have a look at this thread...the poster emtga2069 had the same kind of prob as you & the port test page also couldn't be displayed. See if you also have a Windstream firewall that's active  http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ght=windstream If that doesn't help, try changing LW's listening port to 64049 (tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Apply > ok to save a change). Also try to find a brand & model number for your router. If it's brand is Windstream, have a look for the model number...it's possibly another brand that's been re-badged for Windstream.  |
