Default Vista III Media

I believe Vista Media is blocking somehow.
I have tried port forwarding, changing ports, etc. I can't ever find a decent proxy server, so any help otherwise would be appreciated. Limewire will connect sometimes, and sometimes I can get search results, but never a download. It frequently drops connection though. I wouldn't be overly concerned had my girlfriend not somehow formatted my hard drive a couple of days ago. Now, no music.

OS version? XP
2. What firewalls you have? windows firewall
3. How much ram? 512
4. Hard Disk space available? 40gb
5. Connection type? cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Motorola Sb5100 & linksys wrt54g
7. Where are you trying to connect from? House
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? 4.2.11 and jdk6
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? Vista III Media
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? Says test worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? no
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. Have been using it for a while
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?yes

No, that isn't it. I've tried direct connection via the SB510 and limewire won't connect at all. I think I might have to drop Vista Media and pick up slow and expensive DSL.

Yeah, I use vista 3 and I can't figure out what up. I have tried to change ports, but no effect. I use emule and the same symptoms are occuring. I have tried multiple clients, but nothing works.

I went home over spring break to Jackson, MS and my parents use Comcast cable. I was able to download tons of stuff, but as soon as I came back to Oxford, MS I got nothing. I changed ports from normals to random to know open ports (like Netmeting pots). Nothing.

I use have used PG2 and used emule without it. Still nothing. I can't figure it out. How do they knbow I am using p2p? how do they block it?
