Default Can't stop Limewire!

I can't seem to stop this program. I have unticked the box for startup but it still starts at boot. When I shut it down it comes back less than a minute later and it's relentless in wanting a life.

How can I stop it so it's not going when I don't want it?

I ran Adaware and it found and deleted a worm (some 10 copies) but it's still assuming a life.

Hi Wasser,
Did you try this fix? It's worked for heaps of people.
The easy fix for Limewire popping up every few seconds (try this first)

See how you go with that one

Thanks Birdy,

I'm out for a few hours but will try your suggestions as soon as I'm running again.

Cheers.

Couldn't make sense of that one - Alcra plus Remover was nowhere, so came to a halt.

Thanks anyway.
