 Well, if Cox is responsible then chances are they might only be blocking LW. See if you have any success with this program Phex to see if you have the same problems. I presume you tried changing the ports in LW like WW suggested. And also things to try are disconnecting after 20 mins & reconnect. And also trying at off-peak times such as between midnight & midday.  |
