i hope someone can help (can't find limewire folder)

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

i hope someone can help (can't find limewire folder)

I have tried everything I can find on this site to make my Limewire work (again), but I continually receive the same error message "your save folder is not valid." I have searched for the .limewire file, but it doesn't exist, even in my hidden folders. I have a .NetworkShare folder, but it contains the application and LimewirePackedJars.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I even tried hauling the old version (4.9something...) out of the recycle bin

. I am running Java JRE 1.6.0_01, which is supposedly up to date.

Please help! I have used Limewire successfully and happily for several years - I don't know what happened.
