 Tod Hi. There many reasons for transfer interrupted, people go off line, they previewed your file & it was not what they wanted, (canceled) You or the respondents are having ISP filtering problems, 8 to 10% is about normal for me OK Peace. P.S. Shaw do filter, shape, drop, transfers In Peak hours more so.
