New Install of LW connection problems

version 4.13 beta

is it possible for me to download version 4.13 beta to see if i'll have the same problem with that? before i downloaded version 4.14.2 i was using the beta version with no problems..... so thats kinda weird... beta was ok and know this wont even connect and gets bugged on my pc... so do u know if i can download and try out the beta again? if so from where? thanks again
