 I'm not sure whether this has something to do with it, but try the following: Go LimeWire>Tools>Options>Advanced>Performance and mark first the "Disable Ultrapeer Capabilities" and then press apply. and see whether that will change anything. If it doesn't, go back there and mark "Mojito DHT Capabilities" instead and apply again. Last but not least, if both couldn't help solving the problem, go back and mark both of them and press apply.
