 We always recommend Peerguardian (FREE) as a major aid toward preventing agencies, etc. accessing your computer whilst you are online. I highly recommend it.  AFAIK time warner do not block p2p programs. If you have a connection problem, then the cause is probably somewhere else. Perhaps your router or software firewall, etc.  |
