 kbkids You know, it's kinda hard to get a handle on your equipment because you are having difficulty describing what you have actually got, but let's give it a try. 1) I presume that you have never dragmented your hard disk, this is one essential maintenance tip that every windows user should do at least once every two or so months. Regular Limewire/Frostwire users should defrag every month. 2) Most, if not all, modem/routers have a built in firewall, your LW & FW could be detecting this. In the first instance you should insure that UPnP is activated in Windows, LW/FW and your modem and if you use a separate router then port forward it.
