I am having same issue. My computer crashed had to reboot . Lost everything of course. I downloaded LW and cound not connect to network. Have done everything on LW site but to no avail. I even upgraded to Pro and still same problem. How do I ensure "my inbound and outbound accepting the firewall"? Please help this has been a nightmare holiday for me.
