Limited connection and firewall
 

I've tried all that I've read. Deleted limewire from C drive and re-installed, deleted Norton, turned off firewall, turned it on but allowed limewire as an exception. I only have one bar and the firewall icon is on. PLEASE HELP! I've used Limewire in the past before getting new hard drive.

Had same problem,no connection,only 1 bar and always the firewall brick icon was showing,could not download no music,i fgure the problem and its fix and my limewire works very well on my window vista desktop and laptop,the problem was that i did not had my inbound and outbound accepting the firewall,now its allowing through firewall and its wonderfull,try to check if your inbound and outbound is accepting the firewall ok,good luck.:blink::blink::cool::cool:

Im having the same problem cayobee... turned off all firewalls - still not able to get pass this firewall mayhem!!

I am having same issue. My computer crashed had to reboot . Lost everything of course. I downloaded LW and cound not connect to network. Have done everything on LW site but to no avail. I even upgraded to Pro and still same problem. How do I ensure "my inbound and outbound accepting the firewall"? Please help this has been a nightmare holiday for me.
