 A kind of solution .... Since I haven't heard from anyone about a solution to my connection problem with the latest Limewire version, I have come to the conclusion that I am never going to be able to get it working so, to save my sanity, I have removed that version of limewire & the latest java version and downloaded older versions of both from oldversion.com. It may not be the best, and I can't get all the 'help' functions to work, but at least I can enjoy lots of hits for all the titles that I search. Good luck to all with the latest versions.  |
