thanks, -mdw | Which OS are you using? For XP the prefs folder is in C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\LimeWire
Application Data's hidden by default, so you'll need to enable viewing of hidden files & folders to be able to see it (control panel > folder options > view > check the radio button to show hidden files & folders > apply > ok).
Vista users look here C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\LimeWire
