 Is there a Brickwall in front of the Blue Globe?? Has anything changed with your ISP?? Could possibly be a Modem/Router issue. There was a huge problem with Vista + Mcafee + Limewire several months ago. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...-solution.html May need to post your system details.
