Alright so I ran it in safe mode and everything but once it starts up it will stop at 98% and then it will say that its not responding. Anyone know why its doing that? I've ran it about 3 times and it still keeps stopping at 98%.

I'm thinking about finding a way to erase the memory on my computer. I've saved everything to CD's so I can reload pictures and files that I need to my computer. A friend of mine said that I can Reformat my computer which will erase the hard drive and should get rid of the virus on my computer. Does this really work that way? If so how do I reformat or erase my hard drive?
