15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? McAfee (but I think only the virus scan.. at least that's all I can find)
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). USA

Spokane WA USA</p>i have tried uninstall reinstall, delete preference folder,reset router,firefox and expolrer still work, replace gnutella.net file, update java,changed listening port not sure bout with the router tho just in limewire.
so ne help would be great i hope its what ever the test up top that didnt work can fix it thx.
