 I fixed my connection problem I found the setup application for my speedstream 4200 modem and reset the firewall level. Even though my ISP provides a program to set a firewall level, it did not change it for the modem. As soon as I changed the firewall level within the modem setup turbocharged connection was achieved. I hope that this will help someone else.   |
