 Windows is allowing it, as is McAfee and ZoneAlarm. I shutdown ZoneAlarm and my Windows Firewall. It still doesn't work. The most bars I've gotten since I got the upgrade was 1. It doesn't go any farther then that. I've tried looking for the two preference folders, I only have 1. Same with replacing the Gnutella.net file.  |
