Comcast Connection Problems?

I have not had problems connecting in years, suddenly in past week it never connects.. Just a list of IPs and "Connecting.." but it never does, to any of them. Did Comcast shut this port again?

In limewire links below click on (ISP's known to block P2p) -- also check out this link (Is Comcast really blocking P2P) --- you can try this link (A Fix for those whose ISP's block Limewire)

LW links are changed at times to match the current problems.
