Help please (1 connection bar)

Erm, I opened my limewire and it only has 1 bar. I cant download anything.

Can you please tell me the solution to this problem?

In Limewire Links (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and go through these fixes -- if still no good click on(system details) fill in and post back here
