Still not working! I sent emails!

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

okay.. I have tried everything on the link above and still nothing!!!

I would like to post my system details but I am not accustomed to this type of forum so I am not sure what details I need to post and how to find them!

I am just a dumb girl with a computer!
