 Start here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...t-connect.html  With some firewalls you need to remove & then re-add the exception for LW when updating.  As for your email problem, send a PM to limenathan (click on link) to query the situation. Include as many details as possible, such as purchase date, receipt number on your credit card account, etc. I presume you still have the original LimeWire customer support email right?
