Default LW 5.5.6 Pro connections...McAfee

Well, I've tried a bunch of things and I'm so mad at myself or actually purchasing LW Pro. I had the basic that was running well until October 2009. I did the upgrades and that's when everything stopped working. Today I tried to upgrade to the Pro thinking it might fix the problem and now I find out there's no refund with LW. Yup, people... they sure have covered themselves and there's no phone number either so can someone please try to help me?!!! Here's whatever info I can figure out:

1. OS version? Windows XP service pack 3
2. What firewalls you have? Windows Firewall turned off, McAfee turned on but Limewire given full access
3. How much ram? 960 MB
4. Hard Disk space available? 46 GB
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) cable & wireless
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? not sure of this...I'm using ethernet with Marvell Yukon 88E8036 PCI-E and I'm also using wireless modem Motorola SBG900
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? LW 5.5.6 Pro, Java 1.6.0_18
*It's very important that you tell us whether you're using LW 5*
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Roadrunner
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there... nothing, the page is blank
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? no
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. not my first try but first time downloading Pro
13. (a) Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface (only for LW 4 users)? _ (b) How many red or green bars do you see at bottom left of LW's screen? (all red or grey or only 1 or 2 green bars means disconnected) The bars are gray with the word "connecting..." being displayed

When I checked the advance tools section, there is nothing written on the left. There were Hosts listed when I first opened Limewire (4 hours ago) and connections were attempting to be made but now the entire page is blank

14. For those using a modem/router, I don't know...

15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? McAfee...I've already manually granted LW full access
16. What country are you living in? USA
17. Has anything in your setup changed recently?
I've been reading the forums and here's what I've tried:
1. Uninstalling (both through LW and taking file out of the APP section) then reinstalling
2. Uninstalling & reinstalling JAVA
3. Changing the Listening Port number
4. There was no gnutella file to be deleted
5. Disabling ultrapeer capabilities, DHT & TLS
