 Need help to connect Limewire 5.2.1 In Feb. I paid for 6 mths service. Cannot connect, cannot get support, please refund balance!  |

| There is no refund of LW Pro purchase, this has always been noted on the purchase page. How much did you pay for your LW Pro?  There were 3 options for purchasing LW Pro. 1. 12 months support. 2. 6 months support. 3. One off copy of LW Pro with no support. (This 3rd option has recently changed to 3 month support.) On the LW support page you need to enter the email address you purchased LW Pro with. For connection problems, first try these suggestions If LW 5 Will Not Connect & if still not work then post back your set up details. |
