![]() Ignore the 'You are Offline' message on the main window. Previously the main page would link to the LW website, however the link is now dead, thus it generates that error message. When you open LW's Option settings up for the first time it will probably ask for you to allow firewall permission for Java. I believe this should be set to yes to allow private+public. The settings (options) window is definitely an issue for you it seems. One thing you could try if willing, is to delete your preferences folder (save your downloads file): http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...ndows-7-a.html. Then when you start LW up next, you will need to do the set-up questions again and then try to re-do any changes of settings via the menu bar, Tools > Options. As for the Locate on Disk tool, I found it seemed to work slowly. But after a while the folder would be flashing in the tray at bottom of screen. This worked for both incomplete and downloaded files. Your error report in post #47 looks almost identical to one generated by an attempted File_Girl71 fix for the Java 7 issue a few weeks ago, though she removed that fix soon after posting it. |

![]() Thank you for the quick replies and I will definitely try that. A side-note that i'd like to ask about is one thing that seems to happen is occasionally, every single result when I search something is from "MagicMushroom" and I cannot download a single one. And when I try and browse that person, there's always "..a problem browsing MagicMushroom#-##" or something of that fashion. Just wondering if that's ever happened o-o |
