 robinepowell, Please click on the blue 'system details' link in LOTR's last post - then you'll see the details that we need. The Forum Rules clearly state that users should provide their system details  If you could provide that information, it might help us to help you! Also, if you go to Control Panel > Action Centre > Security... does more than one firewall show?  |
