 Test details: 101 kilobytes downloaded in 5.038 seconds. Receive buffer size: Not available this is the result from the first test (did I miss anything). I'm going to check a few more times to get a good picture if anything changes I will edit this post. Thanks a bunch dude I don't even think my ISP knows what bandwidth is.  edit: Then 89 kilobits (same size file took 9.*** secs.) this time I had another browser open.
