 No need to mention the specific details of any files unless you may possibly have a warning about 'dangerous' files such as Dialers or whatever... The Forum Rules are prominently posted as Announcements in every forum here. As far as your problems are concerned, please have a good search around these forums as there are many, many posts referring to the problems that others have experienced with the latest LimeWire upgrades/installs... I am sure you will find the solutions you need...
